Next Gen LMS - Canvas

For my Next Gen LMS course, we designed a course within Canvas, which is what Wayne State University uses as well. This was a simple two module course that had links to external sites, links in it that would direct you to somewhere else on the course site, a quiz, discussion forums and an assignment that needed to be submitted.

Overall, I thought that Canvas was simple to use and as long as you organize the information well, it’s very useful to the learner. Below you can view a video I made that goes through the Canvas course I created about knitting. It covers the basics to teach someone a few things that are good to know before they actually pick up any knitting needles.
