This design plan was created for my part-time position as an IT Support Specialist.

For the course, I needed to create some type of design plan for my final project. I decided to center mine around a real-world problem. When I leave my part-time position of an IT Support Specialist, there is no formal training in place for whoever is hired next. I wanted to try and set up some basic training on some of the main things that we deal with in the company. I also created the prototype job aid to help cover a very complex task that is only completed once a month, so it’s as helpful as possible since they may only get one chance training with someone before there is no one to help them. I also included personas that I created for three types of potential new hires.
